To get to Sorauren Park you can either take the Dundas Streetcar, or the Roncesvalles Streetcar, There is parking available on site, but it is limited to street parking. In the winter, the Sorauren Farmers’ Market mostly takes place in the Fieldhouse. There are two floors, and the front entrance to the Sorauren Park Field-house involves stairs, but there is less barrier filled entrance at the back, but the door is manual. Evergreen Brickworks Farmers’ Market

“The Evergreen Brick Works Farmers’ Market is more than a local food market. It is a celebration of the diverse communities working together to build a sustainable food system from the ground up.” The EBW Farmers’ Market will: Engage local food producers and consumers. Share ideas to generate understanding of the environmental impacts of food choices. Inspire others and empower them to make positive changes. Promote organic and GMO-free foods, as well as markets where rural food producers and urban consumers both benefit from fair trade and a vibrant local food economy. Celebrate our diverse food traditions! There are also a few regularly vegan-friendly vendors (and besides the obvious fruit and vegetable selling ones!) check out the full list of vendors here. Seating is provided throughout the site at bistro tables, benches and picnic tables. In the Young Welcome Centre and the Centre for Green Cities building, accessibility features include an elevator, accessible single-stall washrooms, automated door openers, and Braille signage in the elevators and conference centre.
